Membership Cancellation

No further payments will be taken after cancellation

Once access ends, membership benefits and content will no longer be available.

Refunds & Returns

Physical products

Some physical products sold on this site (such as vinyl, apparel, or other merchandise) are produced and fulfilled by third-party production partners on a made-to-order basis.

Because of this:

- Return and refund policies may vary depending on the product.

- Any applicable return or replacement terms will be clearly stated in the product description before purchase. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed in line with the production partner’s policy.

Digital products

Digital products (including downloads and digital content) are non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before completing checkout.

Memberships & subscriptions

Memberships and subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated).

- You may cancel your membership at any time.

- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

- Payments already made are non-refundable.

You will continue to have access to membership content until the end of your paid term.

Membership Refund Policy

Membership payments are non-refundable. This includes partial months, unused time, or forgotten cancellations. You may cancel at any time (see cancellation policy above), and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Please make sure you are happy with the membership before subscribing. If you believe a charge was made in error, feel free to get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

How refunds are handled

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Usually within 3-5 working days.

Hate speech, threats, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Moderation & Enforcement

I reserve the right to moderate content and community spaces to maintain a positive environment.

If a member violates these guidelines:

Content may be removed
Warnings may be issued
Access may be suspended or permanently revoked

In serious cases, membership may be terminated without refund.

These decisions are made at my discretion and are final.
